While at Country Groomer your pet will receive a brush out, nail trimming , ear cleaning, bath, fluff dry, then a styling specially selected by you. Your companion will only need to be here as long as it takes to groom him. If you need to leave your pet for the day we can also accommodate your needs there. Your pet will get a wonderful walk and a healthy snack (by owners approval).
We believe we are what we eat and that philosophy has carried over into our care for your pets. After all—they are little people in fur coats. we use and sell all-natural foods, treats, shampoos and conditioners. We create custom botanical shampoos specifically tailored for your pet’s unique needs, and we like to and can work closely with your vet to give your pet the best possible care. Your dog’s skin is its largest organ and should not be ignored. If we see something out of the norm, we will inform you immediately so that you may address it with your veterinarian.
Our customers love the way we treat their pets. They really become a part of our family and our clients return year after year. We will always work with your pet’s best interest in mind, since ultimately they are our customer and most of them only bring their owner to take pictures and pay the bill.
We do reserve the right to refuse to do anything to a pet that might harm them.
A note on flea dipping
We do not flea dip. We use only natural products which are effective in Vermont at this time. Dips are petroleum based and harmful not only to our pet but everyone that surrounds and uses the chemicals as well. We can discuss flea control with you at the time of a visit.
